Terms and conditions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement)
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Service refers to the Website.
Terms and Conditions (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Acknowledgment
These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.
Intellectual Property Notice
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Ayushi Artloft including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise. Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media is always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Shipping Policy
Typically 2-3 weeks depending on if the painting/print is being delivered or if it needs to be shipped to your location. Each print is “made to order” on the highest quality canvas paper, produced on a large format professional printer, hand cut, and shipped in either a flat mailer or shipping tube. We are a small team but dedicated to shipping your orders as soon as possible. Please note that on occasion, delays in dispatching orders may occur, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience and thank you greatly for your patience. Additionally your order will be delivered with in 7 days
Liability
We are not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not our duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc. Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
Returns and Refunds
To return your product, you should e-mail us at [email protected]. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If there is an issue with your order, we won’t leave you hanging! If something has gone wrong, or your item wasn’t as you were expecting – we will do everything we can to make it right. We do our best to offer colour-accurate photography of the artwork, but please be mindful that calibrations often vary between devices. If color calibrations are of concern, we recommend viewing the item from multiple devices (desktop, iPhone, etc.)
As per consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items within good faith are not covered by the studio. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days and your order will be exchanged and replacement will delivered with in 7 days.

Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on the Site, update the January 29, 2025 and take any other steps required by applicable law.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to get the return address information.
Need Help?
If you need a change of address, we must be alerted within 24 hours of purchase to guarantee a redirect. We are unable to change the address once it has been dispatched from our studio. Please contact us through the contact page as soon as possible. Ayushi Artloft is not responsible for undelivered packages based on incorrect shipping addresses given by the customer. Please ensure that you provide the complete and correct mailing addresses at the checkout. If you desire a refund in this scenario, a restocking fee of 20% will be applied and the cost of shipping will be recovered by the studio
